Learning to swim is a vital skill that should be made as readily available as possible. Our Learn To Swim Programmes are carried out on-site by registered and accredited instructors. Our team will come to your school and carry out the programme on your premises. This ensures that the programme is sustainable, convenient, and available at a reduced cost.

We also assist in the development of current school swimming programmes. We're able to post a qualified and passionate coach at your school or assist your school in the training of your existing coaches.

For the Love the Water

Swim Factory was founded in 2012 by passionate swimming coach, Tracey Hemphill. Her main objective, in establishing Swim Factory, is to provide holistic and neutral support for those within the swimming environment.

She's actively involved in education, training and development programmes within the swimming industry, and has extended her reach not only to swimmers in training but also to trainers, schools and other organisations.

Swim Factory strives to produce swimmers and trainers with the highest quality expertise and experience necessary to thrive both in and out of the water through workshops, live training programmes, camps and more.
